In principle, yes, it is possible to test a loan unit for one week without obligation (subject to availability). We will be happy to demonstrate the device at your premises or send it to you free of charge.
You send us your defective unit together with our repair form and we take care of everything else. If a replacement is necessary, we can, in individual cases, already send a replacement unit after testing (subject to availability). Repairs are carried out by us or by the manufacturer. We endeavour to carry out as many repairs as possible in-house in order to keep repair times as short as possible.
